Community Nursing and Complex Care
At Luminous Care, we specialize in personalized care for individuals transitioning back into the community after hospital stays. Our highly trained support workers and nurses provide focused assistance, managing complex care needs such as bowel care, wound management, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, diabetes management, and more. We also conduct on-site training for care assistants and offer continuous support.
